Consultation
Our consultation service is a 90-minute
strategy and design session at a cost of $150 for any home under
2,500 square feet. This is a verbal consultation with the home seller and does
not include any 'hands-on' implementation of our recommendations.
A written description of the recommendations and implementation
plan can be provided for an additional $50, and will be
available within 48 hours. The consultation is a fixed fee
service, and does not require an estimate - just call us to
schedule your consultation.
We will come to your home for an
evaluation, where we'll begin with a 20-30 minute walk-through
assessment. We’ll spend the next hour walking through the home again, with you (and your realtor, if available), to
discuss our recommendations and explain
to you how to implement them. At your consultation, we
will provide you with several tip sheets providing advice on such
topics as preparing your home for open houses and other
showings, creating compelling vignettes, and maintaining your staged home.
Full Home Staging
This is a full-service option, in
which we not only come in to evaluate the home and create an
action plan as described above, but we'll also implement the
plan for you. Utilizing our expertise, outsider's
perspective, and home furnishings and accessories from our own
inventory, where necessary, we
will make sure that everything possible has been done to help
sell your home quickly and at the highest possible price.
Full home staging starts from as little as $350.
In many homes, it is highly beneficial to
bring in outside accessories, or 'props'. These typically
include such items as throw pillows, end tables, lamps, vases,
artwork, throw blankets, baskets and plants, but can also include larger
pieces of furniture, if necessary.
There is an additional rental fee for any outside props or
furniture brought
in.
Vacant Home
Staging
If you've got a vacant home on the
market, you'll want to distinguish it from the thousands of
other empty properties out there. The Alluring Home will come in for an
evaluation of your home, design a staging plan, bring in the
necessary furnishings and decor, set up the home for showing,
and then remove everything after the home has been sold.
This service costs less than you probably think. We offer packages
starting from $200 per month for basic furnishings and prop
rental, plus a flat fee of $200 for design, staging, delivery
and pick-up. Contact us to set up a free in-home

Vacant Homes - Photo Staging
Today's buyers do most of their
initial house hunting online, shopping at places like realtors'
websites and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Your only
opportunity to make your home stand out from the crowd is through your
photographs. The Alluring Home can provide all of the full
home staging services for the day your photographs are taken at a
surprisingly low price. You and your realtor will use
these photos for all of your marketing materials while your home
is on the market, from the MLS and other websites to flyers,
brochures, or other advertisements. |
